Onyx Odds, Inc. ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website onxyodds.com (the "Service"). Onyx Odds provides AI-driven sports-prediction data feeds and fan-engagement analytics to sports media publishers, fan community platforms, and editorial product teams. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect from visitors and API customers, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Our Service does not operate a sportsbook, take wagers, or facilitate gambling. We are a data and analytics provider serving sports media businesses. This Policy applies to information collected through the Service and through direct communications with us.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide

We collect information you submit directly, including:

• Contact details (name, email address, phone number) when you request a demo, complete a contact form, or subscribe to our analytics newsletter;
• Business information you choose to share when inquiring about the API (employer, role, sports coverage scope, approximate monthly matchup volume);
• Account credentials and subscription details when you register for API access through the client portal;
• The content of any messages, support tickets, or feedback you send us.

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

When you visit onxyodds.com, we automatically collect limited technical information:

• IP address and approximate location (city/region level, not street-level precision);
• Browser type, operating system, device class;
• Pages visited, referring URLs, session duration;
• API request metadata (endpoint, timestamp, response code -- not the content of game-data payloads);
• Cookie and similar identifiers (see Section 5 and our Cookie Policy).

2.3 We Do Not Knowingly Collect Children's Data

onxyodds.com is a B2B analytics service directed at sports media professionals and platform operators, not to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. 3. How We Use Information

Because Onyx Odds serves editorial teams and fan community operators who integrate our prediction data into their own products, the way we use information reflects that B2B relationship:

• To respond to demo requests and sales inquiries from sports media operators;
• To provision and maintain API access for subscribed clients;
• To monitor API usage, diagnose service issues, and improve our prediction and talking-points models;
• To send service-related communications (API status, documentation updates, billing notices);
• To send product and analytics content with your consent, including our newsletter on sports-media data trends -- unsubscribe any time;
• To detect and prevent fraudulent API usage or unauthorized access;
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information for monetary value. We do not use personal information to profile individual sports fans or to target advertising. Where applicable state law treats certain advertising arrangements as a "sale" or "share," see Section 9 below.

4. Sharing of Information

We share personal information only with:

• Service providers acting on our behalf (cloud hosting, email delivery, subscription management, analytics tooling) under contractual confidentiality terms that prohibit independent use;
• Government authorities or law enforcement, when required by applicable law or to protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company or others;
• A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy continuing to apply to transferred personal information.

We do not sell personal information to third parties. We do not share personal information with sports leagues, teams, broadcasters, or media partners for their own marketing purposes.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy and to meet legal and accounting obligations. Specifically:

• Demo inquiry and contact form records: retained for the duration of the business relationship and up to 3 years after last contact;
• Client portal account data: retained for the life of the subscription plus 5 years for billing records;
• Marketing list contacts who have not engaged: purged after 24 months of inactivity;
• Server access logs: retained 90 days, then aggregated and anonymized;
• API request metadata: retained 13 months for service-quality and billing reconciliation.

7. Security

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, including TLS encryption in transit, access-controlled databases, and least-privilege internal access policies. Because the Company provides data infrastructure to media businesses, we take platform security seriously as a matter of product integrity as well as privacy compliance. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage API customers to protect their own credentials.

8. Your General Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights including access to, correction of, and deletion of your personal information, and the ability to limit certain processing. To make a request, email [email protected] with a description of your request and enough detail for us to verify your identity. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

9. Nevada Residents

Nevada does not currently have a comprehensive consumer privacy statute. As a matter of policy, the Company extends the following baseline rights to all U.S. residents regardless of state of residence.

9.1 Baseline Rights

• Right to Know: request the categories of personal information we have collected about you.
• Right to Delete: request deletion of personal information you have provided.
• Right to Correct: request correction of inaccurate personal information.
• Right to Opt Out of Marketing: unsubscribe from marketing emails or opt out via the link in each marketing message.

9.2 How to Exercise

9.3 Sector-Specific Rights

If you are protected by federal sector laws (such as FERPA, GLBA, or other applicable statutes), those laws may give you additional rights with respect to data covered by them. Our media and fan-platform customers who process data under sector-specific frameworks remain responsible for their own compliance obligations under those frameworks.

9.4 California Visitors

If you are a California resident, you may also exercise the rights granted under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA") and California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA"), including the right to know, the right to delete, the right to correct, and the right to opt out of sale or sharing. The Company does not sell personal information and does not "share" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
