Pricing Questions
One matchup call is a single API request that returns data for one scheduled game. If you call both the Prediction Engine and Talking Points endpoints for the same game, that counts as two calls. Calls that return errors do not count against your quota.
On Scout and Broadcast plans, calls over the monthly limit return a 429 status. We send a warning email at 80% usage so you have time to upgrade or manage volume. We do not auto-charge overages on base plans.
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately with prorated billing. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
Annual plans bill the full year upfront at the 20% discounted rate. After your first annual period, the plan auto-renews unless you cancel before the renewal date. We send a reminder 30 days before renewal.

Standard coverage includes major domestic soccer leagues, top-tier basketball leagues, American football, hockey, and rugby union. League availability varies by tier. Network customers can request coverage for additional leagues. Contact us for a current coverage list.
